“Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.”

Coaching
A custom coaching package is designed and tailored to your requirements, goals and aspirations.
Packages are based on the number of sessions and can be taken as an 'Intensive' in a few weeks, at a regular pace over several months or a combination of the two. We'll agree the number of sessions and their frequency at the introductory meeting. Sessions are in person or on Skype, Monday to Friday (out of hours is the norm), and Saturday morning. Ready to start or want some more information? Why don't you contact me to arrange a meeting.
The initial meeting will be for an hour to discuss your requirements and for you to ask questions. Should you both agree to proceed, a typical coaching package is 6 sessions of 90 minutes each over a six month period. There is an option to have 6 Catch Up sessions of 30 minutes each by phone, FaceTime or Skype between main sessions. Coaching packages can be customised to suit individual needs and this is one of the things which can be discussed in the initial meeting.
Retreats
A day away from the routine and the norm. An ideal way to kick start your journey of rediscovery, they make great gifts. There are three options: a personalised retreat for one; custom made for up to four people; and for groups of eight to twelve people, either open access or customised for a group. Refreshments and lunch are included in all retreats. Curious? Contact me to find out more.
Coaching
I work with individual staff who may prefer a coach who is external to the organisation. I also coach intact teams where there could be a need to improve performance, change culture etc. I can also contract to be on the organisation's internal Coaching panel on a contingency basis where a number of days are purchased and services provided as required. Please complete the contact form to start a conversation about how we can work together.
Team Building
This can be on a regular basis for an agreed period of time or as an Away Day.
